About Us

Our Mission

Network of Female Professionals in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in Nigeria (FEMinWASH) is a nongovernmental organization committed to providing a platform for Nigerian women in WASH to connect with each other. Our vision is to have a formal Nigerian network of female professionals in WASH and to serve as a formal network for female WASH professionals. Together, we can provide a system where our collaborative efforts can be concentrated on addressing the public health situation in Nigeria.

Our Focus Areas

Gender Rights

The Network is committed to amplifying the voices of female professionals in WASH Nigeria and development initiatives for the underrepresented girls in Nigeria.

Social Development

The Network is focused on collaborative efforts with partners to achieve Sustainable Development Goals for WASH in Nigeria.

Civic Education

The Network is committed to poverty reduction in Nigeria by collaborating with the Nigerian Government and other stakeholders in the public health field.
