Global Handwashing Day 2025: “Be a Hand Washing Hero” .

The 5AMAS Empowerment Foundation Abuja marked this global event at Jabi Central Motor Park, promoting hand hygiene and disease prevention. 

We recognize that hand hygiene is crucial in preventing disease transmission, especially in high-traffic areas like motor parks. 

Our sensitization efforts targeted men, women, food handlers, travellers, and the general public, emphasizing the importance of hand hygiene in preventing the spread of diseases. 

Let’s prioritize hand hygiene and make it a habit! For there is no substitute for the effectiveness of handwashing in preventing diseases.
